Your safety is of utmost importance to us, which is why Performance Motors and Performance Munich Autos have implemented the following precautionary measures.

TRACETOGETHER
In line with government regulations, we have implemented TraceTogether (check-in and check-out) at all our premises for all staff and visitors. For more information, please visit https://www.tracetogether.gov.sg/

 

TEMPERATURE SCREENING AND CONTACT TRACING AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE.
Visitors’ contact information will be recorded for contact-tracing purposes and coloured stickers are to be worn to indicate successful screening. Visitors with temperatures above 38 degrees Celsius will be denied entry to our premises and be encouraged to seek the advice of a medical professional.
 

COVID-19 REGULATIONS
Visitors are required to observe the COVID-19 regulations by the Singapore Government such as compulsory wearing of masks, safe distancing practices and the visitor capacity.

 

PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES FOR ALL STAFF.
All staff on duty will adorn masks and/or face shields. All staff will also undergo the mandated twice-daily temperature screenings and practice safe distancing at all time.

For the safety of our staff and customers, we seek your kind understanding that we will have to deny entry of visitors that are:

  • Exhibiting signs of ill health
  • On self-quarantine, have been issued Leave of Absence (LOA) or Stay-Home Notice (SHN) by the Singapore Government.
  • Failing to adhere to the regulations by Ministry of Health (MOH)

 

FOR SHOWROOM/DOORSTEP TEST DRIVES.
You are encouraged to book your test drive appointments in advance.


We have the below practices ready to minimize direct contact and maintain safe distancing measures for test drives to ensure that your experience is not compromised: 
 

1. Showroom Test Drive
Prior to your test drive session, we will:

  • Conduct a disinfectant wipe down of key areas (such as, but not limited to, the steering wheel, gearshift, driver’s door handle as well as car key).
  • Place the car key in the car before the car handover.
  • Ensure the handover is done with safe distancing measures in place.
  • Ensure our BMW Sales Consultant will wear a face mask throughout the test drive session.

During your test drive session:

  • Each test drive session should not exceed 15 minutes.
  • We have put together a list of test-drive routes that allow you to discover our leading motoring innovations across the whole range of BMW models.

After your test drive session:

  • Conduct a disinfectant wipe down of key areas such as steering wheel, gearshift, driver’s door handle as well as car key.

2. Doorstep Test Drive
Prior to your test drive session, we will:

  • Conduct a disinfectant wipe down of key areas (such as, but not limited to, the steering wheel, gearshift, driver’s door handle as well as car key).
  • Place the car key in the car before the car handover.
  • Ensure our BMW Sales Consultant will wear a face mask and adhere to safe distancing measures throughout the handover and assistance in connecting your mobile device to the car via Bluetooth.

During your test drive session:

  • Each test drive session should not exceed 15 minutes.
  • Our BMW Sales Consultant will stay connected with you via phone call through the test drive session to assist you in any ways.

After your test drive session:

  • Our BMW Sales Consultant will be at the original location to receive you. 
  • They will also be available to assist you remotely after your test drive session if you have any other queries.

Due to the capacity limits, we may not be able to accept walk-ins. Hence you can drop your key into the convenient drop-off box located at any BMW Performance Motors Service Centre and our Customer Service Advisors will reach out to you the next working day on the status of your servicing.

 

We have also implemented the below practices for all service appointments:

  • Your BMW’s driver seat will be covered with plastic sheets prior to the maintenance and repair services.
  • Before the collection of your BMW, we will be conducting a disinfectant wipe down of key areas (such as, but not limited to, the steering wheel, gearshift, driver’s door handle as well as car key).
  • To reduce direct contact, we only accept cashless transactions such as credit card payments.

In ensuring a safer environment, all customers are to adhere to the above precautionary measures before entering our premises.
